Erick Slabaugh has over 30 years of experience in the specialty contracting industry and is a serial entrepreneur. He is CEO and majority stockholder of Absco Solutions, “your facilities vulnerability mitigation experts”, with his primary responsibilities including: strategic development, business development, and growth strategies. Erick is also founder and CEO of FCP Insight, a SaaS business solution for specialty contractors.
Erick serves on various non-profit boards including the Seattle Sports Commission, and the Columbia Tower Club’s Board of Governors.
Erick has been a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization since 1997 and chaired the 2001 YEO Seattle University, the 2008 EO 20th Anniversary Event held in Las Vegas and vice-chaired the Istanbul University. Erick is a past two-term EO Global Board member and chaired the EO Leadership Academy from inception through year four. He received the EO Volunteer of the Year award for FY 2004-2005 and again for FY 2008-2009. The Seattle Volunteer of the Year award bears his name.
